Your clinical records

As a registered osteopath, Clare keeps confidential clinical records of your appointments, as the General Osteopathic Council requires. They are used only for your care, kept securely and not shared without your consent, except where the law requires it. You can ask to see your records at any time.

This website and cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not ask you for personal information. The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages help people. If you press Accept on the cookie message, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) that count visits and which pages are read, without identifying you. If you press Reject, or do nothing, no analytics cookies are set, but Google may still receive basic information that a page was viewed (such as the page address and device type), without cookies and without identifying you. Advertising features are switched off. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you call, text or email, your details are used only to reply to you and arrange appointments.

Exercise videos are hosted by TikTok and only load if you press play, at which point TikTok’s own privacy policy applies. The Google review figures are fetched from Google without sending any of your information.

Your rights

You have the right to see, correct or ask for deletion of the information held about you, subject to the legal duty to keep clinical records. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
